Silicone Wound Kit - Trauma

TraumaSim’s Silicone Wound kit - Trauma, has been designed and created from durable, life-like silicone into a medically accurate representations of trauma wounds. The quality and durability of these realistic self-adhesive silicone wounds is of the highest standard, with the tapered edges assisting with blending on your manikin or live role player.

This Trauma kit contains 13 different self-adhesive silicone wounds chosen by emergency responders and comes in a handy storage bag to protect and store all your wounds.

To further enhance the realistic effect of TraumaSim’s Silicone Wounds, use Moulage materials including Fresh Scab, artificial bloods and make up to enrich the look and give the wounds a fresh appearance. Position clothing that has been cut, burned and manipulated to reflect the mechanism of injury. This will complete the look on both manikins and role players.

By positioning the patient/casualty in an environment and position that again is consistent with the Silicone Wound injury, will allow your trainees to experience the full effect of realistic training, increasing training realism and knowledge retention.

This kit is a critical simulation tool for professionals training in the emergency and medical arena and allows for the exposure of trainees before they have direct dealings with casualties. Allowing students to train repeatedly and gain confidence and competence by using these durable, easy to use realistic wounds. Simply wash, allow to dry and store for repeat training
