The Ulcer – Small Silicone Wound by TraumaSim is a high-fidelity, self-adhesive training aid designed to replicate a medically accurate small ulcer wound for clinical, nursing, wound care, aged care, and patient assessment training.

Manufactured from durable, life-like silicone, this wound supports realistic ulcer assessment, wound identification, dressing practice, documentation, patient communication, and scenario-based education. The smaller wound presentation allows learners to practise early wound assessment, wound monitoring, dressing selection, and escalation in a safe and repeatable environment. Tapered edges assist with seamless blending onto a manikin or live role player, maintaining anatomical realism throughout simulation exercises.
