Manufactured from durable, life-like silicone, this TraumaWear piece provides a rapid-application solution for trauma, emergency response, first aid, tactical, and casualty simulation scenarios.

Designed as an upper leg application, this wearable wound allows trainers to quickly prepare role players or manikins for repeated training scenarios without the need for complex moulage setup.

This TraumaWear piece is ideal for scenarios involving sharp force injury, machinery incidents, vehicle accidents, workplace trauma, blast injury, assault-related trauma, and emergency response training. The severe laceration presentation supports learner assessment, wound dressing, bleeding recognition, pressure application, patient management, and scenario decision-making.

To further enhance realism, the TraumaWear can be complemented with moulage materials such as Fresh Scab, Stage Blood, and professional makeup products. Clothing can be cut, torn, or positioned to reflect the mechanism of injury and improve scenario immersion.

All TraumaSim TraumaWear products are washable and reusable, supporting repeated rapid application in high-volume training environments.
