The TraumaWear – Open Fracture Forearm with Bleeding Capacity by TraumaSim is a high-fidelity wearable training aid designed to replicate a realistic open forearm fracture with active bleeding capability. Manufactured from durable, life-like silicone, this TraumaWear piece provides a rapid-application solution for trauma, emergency response, first aid, and casualty simulation scenarios.

Designed as a pull-on forearm application, this wearable wound allows trainers to quickly prepare role players or manikins for repeated training scenarios while supporting realistic bleeding effects and exposed fracture presentation.

Bleeding Open Forearm Fracture for Rapid Trauma Simulation

This TraumaWear piece is ideal for scenarios involving falls, crush injuries, vehicle accidents, machinery incidents, workplace trauma, sporting injuries, and emergency response training. The open fracture presentation and bleeding capability support learner assessment, haemorrhage control, wound dressing, fracture management, immobilisation, pain response, and patient care.

To further enhance realism, the TraumaWear can be complemented with moulage materials such as Fresh Scab, Stage Blood, and professional makeup products. The bleeding tube can be discreetly positioned, allowing the role player or trainer to activate the bleeding effect using the included 20ml syringe during the scenario.

Clothing can be cut, torn, or positioned to reflect the mechanism of injury and improve scenario immersion.

All TraumaSim TraumaWear products are washable and reusable, supporting repeated rapid application in high-volume training environments.
