The open femur fracture presentation supports learner assessment, wound dressing, fracture management, immobilisation, pain response, and patient care.

To further enhance realism, the TraumaWear can be complemented with moulage materials such as Fresh Scab, Stage Blood, and professional makeup products. Clothing can be cut, torn, or positioned to reflect the mechanism of injury and improve scenario immersion.
