The Trainers Pack for Bleeding Control 2 by TraumaSim is a comprehensive haemorrhage control training kit designed to support instructors delivering advanced bleeding control education. This professional training pack combines two of TraumaSim’s most effective training systems — the Haemorrhage Control Simulator Lifecast Arm and the Haemostatic Clotting Trainer (HCT) — providing multiple wound scenarios for realistic tourniquet and wound packing training.

By combining these training aids with the accessories included in the kit, instructors have everything required to deliver immersive haemorrhage control training and Stop The Bleed style programs in a controlled and repeatable environment.

Advanced Haemorrhage Control Training

Uncontrolled arterial bleeding can lead to death within minutes if not managed rapidly and effectively. Correct application of tourniquets and effective wound packing are critical life-saving skills that must be practised repeatedly to build confidence, competence, and muscle memory.

This training pack allows instructors to expose trainees to multiple bleeding scenarios, helping them practise identifying and managing life-threatening haemorrhage under pressure.

Multiple Bleeding Scenarios

The Haemorrhage Control Simulator Lifecast Arm provides two training wounds in one unit, including a junctional wound near the axilla (armpit) suitable for wound packing and a laceration across the radial artery for tourniquet application training.

When paired with the Haemostatic Clotting Trainer, which is available in gunshot, laceration, or large packing wound variations, trainees can practise haemorrhage control across multiple injury types and anatomical locations.

Both training aids can be used as wet or dry simulators. For maximum realism, TraumaSim recommends operating the bleeding systems during training sessions using the included manual pressure pump and simulated blood.

When the correct tourniquet technique or wound packing method is applied, the bleeding will occlude, providing immediate feedback and reinforcing correct skills.
