The Stab Wound Silicone Wound by TraumaSim is a high-fidelity, self-adhesive training aid designed to replicate a medically accurate stab wound for trauma, clinical, emergency response, and casualty simulation training.

Manufactured from durable, life-like silicone, this wound supports realistic wound assessment, dressing practice, patient management, and scenario-based education. The tapered edges assist with seamless blending onto a manikin or live role player, maintaining anatomical realism throughout simulation exercises.

Stab Wound Simulation for Trauma and Clinical Training

This silicone wound is ideal for scenarios involving penetrating trauma, knife injury, assault-related trauma, workplace incidents, emergency response, and clinical wound assessment. Learners can practise wound identification, patient assessment, dressing application, bleeding recognition, and coordinated response in a safe and repeatable environment.

For scenarios requiring active blood flow, this wound is also available as a Stab Wound Silicone Wound with Bleeding Capacity, allowing trainers to incorporate controlled haemorrhage simulation using an integrated bleeding system.

To further enhance realism, the wound can be complemented with moulage materials such as Fresh Scab, Stage Blood, and professional makeup products. Clothing may be cut, torn, burned, or manipulated to reflect the mechanism of injury and increase immersion.

All TraumaSim silicone wounds are self-adhesive, washable, and reusable, supporting repeated use in high-volume training environments. Available individually or as part of selected trauma kits.
