The Simulated Bones by TraumaSim are durable urethane plastic props designed to safely create open fracture effects for moulage and casualty simulation scenarios. Created in the TraumaSim workshop, these pieces support realistic trauma, emergency response, and tactical training environments.

Each bone piece is designed with a firm structure and flat base to help reduce injury risk when used on live role players. The flat base can be easily concealed within moulage materials such as wax, gel, or silicone, allowing trainers to create convincing open fracture injuries while maintaining safety during application.
