The Pressure Injury – Unstageable Silicone Wound by TraumaSim is a high-fidelity, self-adhesive training aid designed to replicate a medically accurate unstageable pressure injury. Manufactured from durable, life-like silicone, this wound supports realistic clinical, nursing, aged care, wound care, and patient assessment simulation scenarios.

The unstageable presentation represents full-thickness tissue loss where the wound base is obscured, supporting learner recognition of complex pressure injury classification, wound assessment, escalation, documentation, and care planning. Tapered edges allow the wound to blend seamlessly onto a manikin or live role player, enhancing realism during training.
