Manufactured from durable, life-like silicone, the included wounds provide medically accurate injury representations, while TraumaWear enables fast application through pull-on and strap-on solutions. This allows instructors to rapidly prepare multiple casualties across complex training environments.

All components are supplied in a dedicated carry bag to keep the kit organised, portable, and ready for deployment.

Military Trauma Simulation Kit for Defence & Emergency Training

This advanced moulage kit is ideal for military training, tactical combat casualty care (TCCC), emergency response, and high-intensity simulation environments. The combination of TraumaWear, silicone wounds, and moulage materials allows for rapid casualty preparation and realistic injury simulation across a wide range of mechanisms of injury.

To further enhance realism, moulage materials such as Fresh Scab, Stage Blood, and the included palette can be used to create additional injuries and refine presentation. Clothing and environmental setup can be adapted to reflect the mechanism of injury and improve immersion.

All TraumaSim silicone wounds are self-adhesive, washable, and reusable, supporting repeated use in high-volume training environments.
