The Fragmentation Spray 3 Silicone Wound by TraumaSim is a high-fidelity, self-adhesive training aid designed to replicate a medically accurate fragmentation spray wound pattern for trauma, tactical, military, emergency response, first aid, and casualty simulation training.

Manufactured from durable, life-like silicone, this wound supports realistic assessment of multiple small penetrating injuries caused by fragmentation, shrapnel, blast debris, or secondary projectile trauma. The fragmentation spray pattern allows learners to identify and manage multiple wound sites while practising wound assessment, bleeding recognition, dressing application, and casualty management in a safe and repeatable training environment.

Tapered edges assist with seamless blending onto a manikin or live role player, maintaining anatomical realism throughout simulation exercises.
