Description
High-Fidelity Combat Trauma Simulation for Military and Operational Training
The Combat Trauma Moulage Kit by TraumaSim is a high-fidelity simulation solution designed to support advanced military, defence, and emergency services training. Developed using durable, life-like silicone, this combat trauma moulage kit delivers medically accurate representations of contemporary combat trauma injuries encountered in modern conflict and high-threat environments.
This kit has been developed in response to direct feedback from active military personnel and operational medical providers, including insights drawn from current conflict injury patterns such as blast and fragmentation wounds. These real-world wound profiles highlighted gaps in existing training aids, particularly in the representation of complex polytrauma and casualty management requirements.
Combat Trauma Moulage Kit for Modern Tactical Medical Training
The Combat Trauma Moulage Kit includes wearable TraumaWear units that replicate severe combat injuries resulting from blast events, fragmentation, and penetrating trauma. Each wearable unit features rapid pull-on or strap-on application and incorporates bleeding capability, packable wound cavities, and realistic tissue damage.
Moulage supplies are included to allow instructors to layer injury effects and adapt scenarios to mission-specific objectives. When combined with realistic casualty positioning and environmental context, the kit supports immersive training that improves decision-making, skill performance, and knowledge retention under pressure.
Operationally Relevant Wound Profiles
This kit reflects modern battlefield and tactical injury patterns, including shrapnel wounds, traumatic evisceration, open fractures, and severe lacerations. TraumaSim developed these profiles with operational guidance to support TCCC and TECC-aligned training outcomes.
