TraumaSim TraumaWear wearable trauma simulation products support realistic, repeatable training by providing secure placement for high-fidelity wearable wounds during active scenarios. Each TraumaWear item allows wounds to be positioned quickly and held securely on the body during movement and patient handling. As a result, instructors can deliver more immersive scenarios without frequent repositioning or adjustment.

The forearm range is designed to be pulled on and set in place easily. For improved comfort and fit, a light application of talc powder can be used on human skin prior to placement. In contrast, the leg and upper leg ranges use an adjustable strap and clip system to ensure stable positioning throughout training activities.

TraumaWear items with bleeding capability include tubing and syringe components to support realistic blood flow. After use, instructors can rinse these components thoroughly to prepare them for the next training session. This design supports repeated use while maintaining hygiene and performance.

TraumaWear products are compatible with additional moulage effects, such as Stage Blood and Fresh Scab, allowing instructors to increase realism based on specific learning objectives.
